The soothing power of music is well-established. It has a unique link to our emotions, so it can be an extremely effective stress management tool. Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, especially slow, quiet classical music.” as an article from Psych Centered, written by Jane Collingwood says.  As it says from the article, “music can change your mood, it can change based on the tone, weather sad ,happy or even confident, it can still easily change, by simply listening to another song.”

Here are some recommendations from me and other students and staff .

  • Faster Car By: Loving Caliber. This is song has an amazing mood, calming yet confident, it might be a song you can listen to if your feeling sad.
  • Gospel Of Dismay By: DA Games – it’s a nice song to listen to, you can have different moods about it, it gives off a Halloween vibe.
  • I Wanna Be Like You By: Disney ( electro swing ) (Sim Gretina Remix ) It has a nice mood of calmness and a feeling of happiness and enjoyment.
  • Hit the Road Jack  -By: Throttle- (Remix) A nice song to dance to, gives off a happy effect on your mood, also sound trendy and nice to listen to.
